Please train your staff who takes vital signs to be compassionate and professional. They leave the station for more that one hour at times when people waiting in a queue for 3 hours. Friendly conversational is good When taking vital signs but train them not to insult patients when they tell you the condition.
PLEASE PROVIDE SEATING FACILITIES FOR PATIENTS WHO IS WAITING IN A QUEUE TO REGISTER. They are visiting hospital when they are sick. so please don’t make them stand for 3-4 hours!!
Please tell A&E Yellow dept. Doctor’s to listen to patients. My doctor looked at the test results and told me everything is clear. Didn’t explain why I’m still experiencing pain when if I am all clear. After spending / waiting 12 - ( twelve) hours in A&E , got a chance to see the Doctor for nearly 1 ( one) minute.

9.20 appointment seen at 10.15 after enquiring it was after that the doctor thought it was a telephone appt.
Hospital was clean and safe, especially with the amount of security at the entrance, the blood test and pharmacy department was very busy.
Nurses and doctors were very friendly and looked after me with care.
All staff were amazing! Took care of me and baby so well, was always there when we needed help.
