Please train your staff who takes vital signs to be compassionate and professional. They leave the station for more that one hour at times when people waiting in a queue for 3 hours. Friendly conversational is good When taking vital signs but train them not to insult patients when they tell you the condition. PLEASE PROVIDE SEATING FACILITIES FOR PATIENTS WHO IS WAITING IN A QUEUE TO REGISTER. They are visiting hospital when they are sick. so please don’t make them stand for 3-4 hours!! Please tell A&E Yellow dept. Doctor’s to listen to patients. My doctor looked at the test results and told me everything is clear. Didn’t explain why I’m still experiencing pain when if I am all clear. After spending / waiting 12 - ( twelve) hours in A&E , got a chance to see the Doctor for nearly 1 ( one) minute.

Suggested improvements
Train staff to tray patients with empathy. Doesn’t matter if they are from different countries or from different cultural background. Be friendly and be professional. Appoint more HCAs in the registration area to avoid keeping patients stand for 3-4 hours just to complete the initial registration. Provide more seating area. You have got a massive restaurant but a tiny A&E. Provide tokens if patients are referred to A&E Yellow dept if there are 5-7 hours delay. They can go home and come back to see the doctor after 5 hours. First of all sick and then waiting whole night without to consult a Doctor at 5.30am in the morning!! I came at 16.30 and left the hospital at 5.31am.

9.20 appointment seen at 10.15 after enquiring it was after that the doctor thought it was a telephone appt.
